Welcome to The Holistic Studio located in Newport Rhode Island. My name is Jeanne Paquette and I am here to serve as facilitator in your self-healing process and transformation.

If you experience problems such as anxiety, depression, illness, chronic injuries or family crisis, you will find evidence of them in your energetic field.  The quality and health of this field shows up in your physical body as an expression of good health or “dis-ease”.
    
Energy healing can help you to heal yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually.  Your body is surrounded by an energetic field. This field contains the template for your emotions and physical health as well as your spiritual connections.  It is affected by many factors in your life: environment, thoughts, feelings, nutrition, self-care, and family experiences.

You know deep in your heart that your body and your life situation tell you when something is wrong or out of balance.  You know that this imbalance needs attention.  My practice brings together my expertise in Brennan Healing Science® as well as Reiki, Reflexology and Family Constellation Healing.  By working not only in your energy field but also with your belief systems, we will reach the places where you are “stuck” and will bring you out of discomfort and “dis-ease”.
